No two projects are the same and our design approach seeks to find the optimum solution for each site and brief. We aim high with every project, pushing for a design solution that will exceed our client’s expectations. At the heart of every project is a strong design concept, arrived at through a thorough analysis of the site and brief.

Our team takes over everything, from an idea and concept development to realization. We believe in traditions and incorporate them within our innovations. All our projects incorporate a unique artistic image and functional solutions. Client is the soul of the project. Our main goal is to illustrate his/hers values and individuality through design.

Some Interisting Facts

The word Architecture comes from the Greek word arkhitekton, meaning “chief builder”.

Building materials have evolved from brush, ice, mud, clay, sand, stone, thatch, and timber to cement composites, concrete, fabric, foam, glass, gypcrete, metal, plastics.

Historical architecture styles include Vernacular (combining locally available materials for the immediate need, such as shelter or security), Ancient (the Pyramids), Asian (the Golden Pavilion), Islamic (the Taj Mahal), Medieval (various cathedrals such as Notre Dame), the Renaissance (works by specific architects), and Modern using new materials and technology.

Sustainable architecture is increasingly used for energy conscious designs, incorporating aspects for solar electric, solar thermal, geothermal, wind power, energy conservation techniques, and using sustainable building materials.

During the first four decades of the modern Olympic Games, 151 medals were awarded for music, painting, sculpture, literature, and architecture. Baron Pierre de Coubertin, who revived the modern games and founded the International Olympic Committee, considered art an essential part of the competition. The one caveat: every submission had to be sports-related.

French postman Ferdinand Cheval spent 33 years picking up stones while delivering mail—not just any stones, mind you, a special type of hardened sandstone molded by time and water into wondrous shapes. With these stones he built the fantastical Le Palais Idéal, in Hauterives. The building is considered a prime example of naïve art, and in 1969 was designated a cultural landmark.

The Sims, which debuted in 2000, is one of the most popular video games around. But before it became a life simulator, the original concept had the game working more like SimCity players would design a house, and autonomous characters would test the design’s success.

The Empire State Building might be the most famous office landlord in the world, but it’s the view from the 102-story skyscraper that’s the real moneymaker. In 2013, the building’s owner Empire State Realty Trust became a publicly-traded company, meaning that their quarterly and yearly earnings reports are a matter of public record. In 2014, while the building’s two observation decks generated $111 million (40% of total revenue), its office space leases netted just $104 million (37% of total revenue).

The idea of a single, unified wall to protect China from invaders began when Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China (221–206 BC) connected various fortifications built between the 8th and 3rd centuries. Construction continued through 1878, meaning that, including the original fortifications, the wall was under construction for over 2,600 years.

Our Skills

We place great importance on how our ideas and projects are conveyed. We are able to utilise a wide range of presentation skills, from a hand drawn and water coloured rendered approach (where a softer, more contextual feel is required) to the most advanced 3D modelling and rendering capability, where a more contemporary style is appropriate. Through our regular work load meetings and design reviews we maintain excellent communication and innovation within the office.
Our 3D models that can be viewed on laptops, tablets and smart phones allow our work to be understood in real time at meetings with our clients and professional colleagues.

What We Do

We know that our clients place huge value in the working relationships we build with them. Taking time to understand their business needs and aspirations has resulted in a high proportion of repeat business. We have been able to provide consistency to our clients through the longstanding directors who have grown an understanding of our client’s specific needs.

Our value lies in the ability to understand and exploit a sites constraints and opportunities, and in our response to visualise. Using BIM software we are better able to understand the site three dimensionally and to test our design concepts early on. It is this process of analysis and modelling that ensures a robust design solution. We collaborate with other design consultants throughout a project and integrate their input into the design as it progresses.
We are proud of our record of achieving more for our clients than they had anticipated and our ability to generate both enhanced value and design quality.

We are firm believers that from conception to completion collaboration is key to the making of a successful project. We have developed long standing relationships with a number of consultants we consider important members of the design team.

These include Planning Consultants, Engineers, Landscape and Conservation Consultants who are all fully involved in the design process.

In consideration of the client and end user requirements, we draw on our team’s knowledge and experience to realise our client’s project ambitions.

Clear communication is key to collaboration and this is achieved by using the most up to date digital technology and communication tools available. Using a variety of mediums including 3D BIM modelling we communicate our design knowledge clearly to our clients and the design team.
